What is the difference between (a) resetting my PIN and (b) requesting for a new PIN to be sent to me?
For both options, you will have to provide mandatory information (KrisFlyer number and date of birth) first. Thereafter, for (a), you can create a new PIN immediately after you have answered your online security question correctly. However, if you are unsure of the answer to your security question, then use (b). You will have to key in the valid email address you have registered with your KrisFlyer account. If the email address you key in matches the one in your KrisFlyer record, a new PIN will be emailed to you. The first time you use the new PIN, you will be asked to change to your personal preferred PIN. For log in help, please click here.
