What is the difference between a renewable resource, a reusable resource and recycling a resource?

Trees are not really renewable because once they are cut down, they do not grow back again. You have to start over with a new tree. Bamboo on the other hand, is renewable because you can harvest it and it will grow back within less than 5 years. It keeps producing from the same rootstock. A reusable resource is one that can be cleaned and reused. Aluminum is a reusable resource. By reusing the aluminum rather than mining for new metal, it saves on mining pollution. Recyclables are anything that can be made into one thing, then when finished with it, can be remade into something else. Plastic bottles are made into high tech clothing like UnderArmor.
