Employers and recruiters will still be able to contact you this way via email, so we recommend setting up an alternate email address that will not reveal your name/identity while you are using Logjobs or any other career boards. Private: This options allows you to apply to specific jobs without posting your resume into the database. Your resume will not come up in search results when you use this option and your identity will be protected
