What is the difference between a promotional only recruitment and an open recruitment?
A promotional recruitment is open only to employees who are currently working for the Commission regardless of status. Regular, contract, STAMP, and temporary employees from outside agencies who are assigned to the Commission may apply for promotional recruitments. An open recruitment is open to the general public. Employees who currently work for the Commission may also apply for open recruitments.
