A profile includes your name, email address, current mailing address, general work experience for defined categories and your responses to an Employment Basic Qualifications Questionnaire. A profile is not an employment application. An application is an intent to work in a specific capacity (job), and includes your salary requirements, availability, detailed career history, detailed education history, Certification, Releases, and Authorizations including but not limited to: authorization for VIPdesk to contact persons listed on application form to give VIPdesk and/or its agents, including consumer reporting bureaus, any and all information concerning previous employment and education and authorization for VIPdesk to conduct a thorough background investigation of your work and personal history, and verify all data given on this application and
