What is the difference between a principal account and a nySTART administrator account?
These accounts provide essentially the same privileges. The main difference is that while a principal can administer the account of his or her administrators, an administrator cannot administer the account of his or her principal. Conversely, the superintendent can administer principal accounts but not nySTART administrator accounts for schools in the district.
