What is the difference between a Pocket PC and a Smartphone?
A Pocket PC is a handheld computer or PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) that runs a specific version of the Windows Mobile operating system. It has many of the capabilities of modern desktop PCs. A smartphone is a mobile phone with personal computer-like functionality. Most smartphones are cellphones that combine email capabilities with the functionality of a complete personal organizer. Smartphones run various operating systems, such as Windows Mobile and Symbian.
