What is the difference between a “pending” request and a “confirmed” reservation?
When you make a new reservation or modify an existing reservation, you may receive a message that reads, “Confirmed” or “Pending.” A “Confirmed” message means that BostonCoach has accepted your request and any changes will be reflected in your account. A “Pending” message means that BostonCoach has received your request but is processing it. In all cases, once your request has been processed, a confirmation alert will be sent according to the preferences you have set in your profile.
