Flight attendant works as part of the flight crew on the aircraft. Sometimes called cabin safety attendant by some airlines. Passenger Station Attendant – is part of the customer service representative (agent) for the airline assisting passengers with ticketing, re-routing, lost luggage and etc. They don’t work as part of the flight crew.
