What is the difference between a Passenger and a Customer?
A Customer is the person billed, i.e. who pays for the products. A Passenger is the person traveling or benefiting from the services (activities, packages, etc.). Customers may purchase products on their behalf or for third parties. Hence, a Customer is also a Passenger when he/she is the person utilizing the services purchased.
