What is the difference between a panelist and a question and answer moderator?
Panelists will present information during the session. Generally, they speak and show PowerPoint Presentation Slides or other desktop applications. The question and answer moderator will receive questions from the audience. After the panelists make their presentations, the moderator will read these questions out loud to the panelists. Sometimes, moderators choose to introduce the speakers and make a few comments before the session starts. Moderators do not show their computer screen, and generally do not have PowerPoint Presentation slides. How does TRB train me to use the webinar software? We comprise our training into two important parts: a tutorial that you review on your own, then a “live” practice session to help you feel comfortable using the webinar technology when presenting your information.
