What is the difference between a One-Time set-up fee and a Design Fee?

0

The one-time set-up fee is only charged on your first order, regardless of whether we designed your letter or not. This covers the initial labor of processing your information into our databases and setting up your preferences. On the other hand, the design fee can be charged each month, per design. This design fee applies to the following situations: Chalk Line receives your text and your pictures and creates a design from scratch or Chalk Line receives your text and your pictures and arranges them in the template we have on file for you from past months. This design fee does not apply to the following situations: Chalk Line receives your letter ready to print or Chalk Line receives your letter ready to print except for inserting your pictures (you send your pictures in a separate e-mail, and Chalk Line inserts the pictures in the marked spaces on your letter).
