An Endeavour Awards nomination is a form that must be filled in by the proposed host institution supervisor confirming the applicant’s affiliation. The form must be filled in on the Endeavour Awards nomination template, signed by the proposed supervisor or senior officer in the host institution or organisation and must specify the period of placement in 2011. The nomination form can be sent electronically to your proposed host organisation or you may download the form and email it to your proposed host organisation.
