What is the difference between a Mohawk and a Mohican – the hair style?
hi as a stylist I cut a Mohawk yesterday and yes it was for a female, the sides are shaved, although that does not always have to be the case they can be cropped in tight, but with a Mohawk the top is left quite a bit longer and usually spiked, in this clients case it was spiked and gel used for it to stay up the Mohican’s is a more simple cut with the sides shaved and the top left very short ie a strip going down the middle hope that helps
