A modular home is built to the State of Wisconsin UDC (Uniform Dwelling Code) and a mobile or manufactured home built to HUD code. (A stick-built home is built to the State of Wisconsin UDC). A modular home will appreciate in value just as a stick built home and you should be able to finance your modular home in the same manner as a stick-built home.
