A. A manual payment is a recurring payment where the amount and/or due date may change (i.e. phone, gas, etc.). An automatic payment is a recurring payment where the due date and amount stay the same each time (i.e. car payment, mortgage, etc.). A one time only payment is where the payment and payee are only used once and then purged off the system within 5 days after the payment is made.
