What is the difference between a List Moderator and a List Owner?
The list owners are the people who have ultimate control over all parameters of the mailing lists. They are able to change any list configuration variable available through administration web pages. List owners are also authorized to perform all of the same functions as moderators, so if you are in need of help or if you are going to be away from your computer for an extended period, the list owner would be able to assist you.
