What is the difference between a Line feature and a MultiLine feature?

A line feature is a linear component that has a defined length. It can be stretched only up to the defined distance of the component in the database. A multiline feature does not have a defined length and can be stretched to any length the user desires. Both types of components can have multiple internal nodes.
