LATE ENTRIES: Entries not received online by midnight, August 25, 2008 are considered late entries. Late entries postmarked prior to September 1, 2008 will be accepted and assessed a late fee of $100.00 per entry. Late entries postmarked between September 2 and the check in deadline will be accepted and accessed a late fee of $250 per entry. Open show entries postmarked after September 2 but by September 15 will be accepted at TWO times the entry fee. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES: are defined as entries made online by midnight, August 25, 2008 for youth show entries and September 1, 2008 for open show entries that are missing signatures, social security numbers, etc. Those entries will not be assessed the late fee. However, all information must be received by the livestock prior to show time. Otherwise, prizes and premium money may be withheld.
