There is no real difference. Some companies call their products laptops – others call them notebooks. Now Netbooks (N-E-T) are different. They are *much* smaller and lighter although less powerful. They have timy screens – like maybe 7 or 8 or 9 inches.

None practically, only size. Either buy a real notebook with rubber and pencil or do the right thing and buy another laptop thus saving your eyesight, future repair bills and the annoyance (but pretty) so-called “notebook” which won’t even go in your pocket.
