An Independent Colleague is a person that has signed a JWS Independent Colleague Application and who has a monthly AutoSave order in place. A Colleague has the right & opportunity to benefit from JWS Compound Savings Plan. A JWS Independent Customer is a person who wishes to buy coinage but who does not want to partake in the Compound Savings Plan.
