What is the difference between a hydraulic cutter and a hydraulic crimper tool?
You could if you modified the jaws of the crimper. The only difference between a cutter and a crimper is the cutter cuts either by shearing (like a pair of scissors) or by wedging (like splitting a log with a wedge). A crimper has a broad surface to spread out the force and NOT cut with a defined space between the cutter blades to allow the piece to deform to the crimp shape.
