What is the difference between a hit and a visitor?

0

The number of visitors you have is the amount of people that viewed your profile. Your hit count is how many times your visitors viewed your profile. Ex: If a friend views your profile 3 times in a day- they’ll be marked as a visitor one time, plus the two returning hits, so you have a total of 1 visitor and 3 hits. Once a visitor views your profile, MyTrackerSpace.com attempts to flag the visitor (based purely on a cookie), so they will not be considered a new visitor for the next 24 hours.
