What is the difference between a Health FSA, an HCA, and an FSL?
“Health FSA” is an inclusive term for both HCAs and FSLs. An HCA typically enables you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision, and hearing expenses – while an FSL typically only allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible dental and/or vision expenses.
