What is the difference between a Half-day and a Full-day camp?
Most of our camp themes may be offered as either as either a half-day or a full-day camp. How they are offered depends upon the market demand and constraints of the hosting facility. Our camp schedule will list the length of each individual camp. Half-day camps are typically held from 9AM to Noon. Full-day camps are typically held from 9AM to 4PM. In each version we will present demonstrations and activities that will highlight the scientific principles of each theme. The full-day camps allow us to spend more time on certain aspects, go deeper into the material and provide additional hands-on activities.
