What is the difference between a Guest Membership and one of the paid memberships?
Paid membership includes full site privileges, including a pre-paid background check and unrestricted contact via email or phone with the candidates. The Guest Membership is limited to searching the candidates, sending and receiving a message of interest (cannnot be personalized or include off-site contact info), and having the job posted for candidate review. Guest members often ‘try us out’ and upgrade after a few days to a paid membership.
