A Guest House is a friendly environment but guests often don’t spend much time socializing with Hosts A Bed & Breakfast – is far more expensive…can take VISA and will offer breakfast. Rooming Houses need special zoning and licenses to have more than 4 unrelated people sharing a house. Rarely is there any common areas to share. Roommates often split utilities and food budgets. They expect to have equal space in the fridge and cupboards. Roommates are expected to do a share of the housework.
