What is the difference between a Gold THE FLASH PASS and a Regular one at Six Flags?
While both are expensive, there is a different. With the purchase of both types a device (similar in function to the device you get in a restaurant while waiting for a table) will be rented to you. On this device will be a listing of the rides that are on the Flash Pass reservation list. The regular Flash Pass allows one to reserve a time slot for a ride, but will still have to wait the same average wait time that they would encounter if they stood in line. However, that person can do other things while waiting, such as eat, shop, relax, ect. When it is time to ride, the device will vibrate and flash, alerting the Flash Pass holder (and their group, if applicable) to proceed to the ride. There will be Flash Pass signs directing people where to go upon arrival. The attendant monitoring the Flash Pass line will place the Flash Pass holder and their group towards the front of the regular line.
