What is the difference between a front desk and collector login?
A front desk user will be set up to only pre–register a donor. The front desk scenario works for a receptionist who would be able to check in a donor and suspend the test in order for a collector to retrieve and start the collection at a later time. A collector login will allow the collector to do the entire collection.
