A. Apex ticket is a restricted ticket and the travel dates can not be changed. If you want to change the travel date in an apex ticket, the penalty is up to $375.00. Flexible tickets cost generally ~$175 more than the apex tickets. Most flexible ticket allows you to change the return date without penalty. However, this ticket does not guarantee the seat. You May be allowed to change date without penalty, subject to availability only.
