What is the difference between a Financial Advisor and an Assistant?

0

A Financial Advisor is someone who actually meets with clients and sells products. An Assistant is someone who does not sell product but assists a Financial Advisor in meeting the needs of the prospects and clients. The Financial Advisor signs the LIFE School License Agreement, gets a license with ING and receives a full set of materials as described here. An Assistant does not need to sign the LIFE School License Agreement, does not get a license with ING and does not receive any materials.
