What is the difference between a Fellow, Junior Associate, and an Associate?
All consultants in McKinsey take an active role in all aspects of an engagement-identifying issues, forming hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews and analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, and helping to implement change. We allow Fellows and Junior Associates more time to develop as a consultant and to start managing teams.
