What is the difference between a Distributor and a Dealer?
Our proprietary distribution model is based on a team concept. We select our distribution team members as those who have the proper motives and required skills. They can choose either to work with a team already established by a dealer or form their own local distribution team. Everyone in the system is a distributor. Licensed Med Marijuana™ Dealers have chosen to become key members of the corporate team and they own exclusive distribution rights to their areas. New distributors joining the team in an area serviced by a Licensed Dealer will make their purchases, take their direction and be serviced with product & promotional supplies by that dealer. We will license only 25 qualified personnel for the entire Canadian team. They are the only people who will deal with corporate office once that system is fully implemented.
