What is the difference between a diffusor and a reactor?

There is no real standard terminology, but a diffusor usually refers to enhancing the diffusion between the gas and the water, such as would occur in a cylinder with a mixture of gas and water in it, like the AB or the Dupla. The word reactor focuses on the reaction between the gas and water, and makes me think of a device which facilitates that reaction, such as a sintered glass device. I would not advocate relying on a precise meaning for either term.
