What is the difference between a “deluxe” room & an efficiency room?

0

The “deluxe” room is a basic motel room-it has 2 double beds + private bath, TV, A/C & heat- the downstairs rooms have decks -upstairs rooms have balconies. The efficiency rooms are larger rooms-most have 2 double beds in the front bedroom w/ 25″ TV- a few rooms have 1 king bed instead of 2 doubles. Next there is a kitchenette w/ a stove/sink/refrigerator combination unit–a few rooms have microwaves & refrigerators – All rooms have a full bath across from the kitchenette. There is a back sitting/dining area w/ a table & chairs, a 2nd TV and a double pull out sleep sofa. A few efficiencies are only 1 room. There is NO door separating the bedroom from the sitting area- just a doorway.
