a. Dedicated DSP is for specific application based and those boards cannot be used for other application.b. VLSI Based DSP is General platform to design DSP based applications using FPGAs.c. We can directly convert Matlab/simulink blocks into HDL file.d. Further VLSI based DSP is inherently faster than an implementation based on normal DSP processors, by a factor of 10 to 100.
