What is the difference between a debit and a credit card?
A credit card gives you a spending limit and then you are billed at the end of each month, paying interest on the money you have already spent if you do not settle the account within the stipulated credit period – usually a month. With a debit card, you put money on the card first and then spend it however you wish. Since EntroPay Virtual Cards are prepaid, there is no “line of credit” extended. This means that your spending limit is determined by the amount of money that you have loaded onto the EntroPay Virtual Card. Best of all, because it’s not a credit card, there are no finance charges, no late fees, nor accumulation of debt.
