Anyone can use CrossLoop’s free tools and Community. Helpers focus on fixing problems for Customers that come to the Community for help. However, you can be both a Customer and a Helper. In fact, it is very common for Helpers to help other Helpers in the Community and it is common for Customers and Helpers to help their friends using CrossLoop.
