A criminal history report provides all arrest and disposition information. A criminal history will allow you to see pending, acquitted or dismissed charges. Criminal history information is only available to the person of record. A Criminal conviction report will allow you to see only conviction information that has been submitted by the court. Criminal conviction reports are available to anyone.
