A contracted project generally refers to a new original project or a new redesign project for a new client or an established client that needs a new project. Hourly billing refers to any maintenance to existing projects that is not covered by a pre-paid maintenance plan. In general, SBNETsolutions will not perform maintenance on projects we have not designed.
