COMPASS Sessions are designed to be holistic examples of church direction. These sessions are a unique opportunity for every member of your team to be involved in defining or refining your churches unique direction. TOOL Sessions are classic ministry specific breakout sessions. They include leadership, arts, group life (small groups), student ministry, spiritual formation, children’s ministries, social justice, evangelism, business leaders, family ministry and Natural Church Development.
