What is the difference between a collector and transporter of MHSW?
A collector is involved in the collection process at the collection depot or event. The collection process includes receiving MHSW and placing it in a lab pack, completing a manifest (if required) and loading the lab pack onto a truck. A transporter is involved in the post collection process, i.e. the pick up and transport service to an approved processor.
