A cancellation is a trip cancelled within the time frame mentioned in our contract with clients. For regular sedans, Stars Limousine requires cancellations to be made within 30 mins to pick time in Manhattan, 1 hour in the 5 boros and Airports, and 2 hours for out of town pick ups. Any cancellations that do not adhere to this are considered as no shows, and the account will be charged the full amount of the ride or only the waiting time depending on the circumstance.
