What is the difference between a call for tenders and a price enquiry?

0

Calls for tenders are in general used for all procurement actions above EUR 100,000. Price enquiries are used for procurement actions below EUR 100,000. All are published on the EUROCONTROL website. Whichever procedure is used, they are all governed by the same principles of fair competition, transparency and equality of treatment of all suppliers/tenderers.
