What is the difference between a brain tumor and a …

A brain tumor is a growth of cancerous cells in or near the brain. It could be malignant meaning more aggressive and spreading or it could be benign meaning it has a higher level of differentiation and it is better contained. At times it’s possible to get it out but that really depends on where it’s located. There are also other ways of treatment. An aneurysm is a weakening of a blood vessel’s wall causing it to expand. This leads, sometimes, to the creation of a rupture in the wall of the vessel. It is possible to catch the aneurysm before it bursts and then there is something to do about it.
