What is the difference between a bed & breakfast rental and a vacation rental?

0

A Bed & Breakfast Rental is where the owner or host remains on the premises and you have either a private bedroom and a private bathroom or a private bedroom and a shared bathroom. In this situation the owner remains either provides breakfast or allows guest use of the kitchen facilities. Guests are also allowed use of the dining and living room areas. While a Vacation Rental is where you have the entire premises to yourself, there is no owner or host staying on the property. It should be noted that all facilities are fully furnished and that sheets and towels are provided for both solutions. Our prices includes the rent, utilities (electric, water, local phone calls) and in some cases cable service and internet access. A refundable security deposit is also required.
