What is the difference between a Baby Nurse and a Night Nanny?
A Newborn specialist is an experienced nanny with training in newborn care. A Baby Nurse is an RN who specializes in Child/Maternal Health. A Night Nanny may have less experience than a Newborn specialist. A Baby Nurse will provide temporary care either 24/7 or she can take over the night shift. The assignment usually lasts from one week to three months.An experienced Baby Nurse will have a full term baby sleeping through the night by 7 to 9 weeks.
