What is the difference between a ” Air induction kit” and a “Cold Air Intake(CAI) in car performances?

Well, they are both probably the same thing. But the idea behind a cold air intake is to get air from a part of the engine bay where the air is colder than the air right next to the engine. The reason for this is colder air is denser, and therefore contains more oxygen. More oxygen to burn gives more power. Most of these kits contain a filter as well, and it is superior to the stock one in that it flows more air, and more air is, again, better. An induction system, could be a supercharger or turbocharger, but I doubt it. It is most likely just another way to say cold air intake. A supercharger, and turbocharger, both do the same thing, they force more air (oxygen) into the engine, so the engine can burn more, and produce more power. A supercharger runs off the engine crankshaft, or spinning parts. The turbocharger runs off the exhaust pressure.
