What is the difference between 1″ and 2″ (25mm and 50mm) Timber Venetian blinds?
Generally speaking, nothing other than cost! For most people, the decision as to which to have is based on personal preference. On very large windows a 1″ blind will be very heavy, as it will of course have more wooden slats used in its construction. A 2″ blind will require more depth to be available in the recess of the window and in some cases any window handles may make it necessary to opt for a narrower profile i.e. the 1″.
