The development is a joint project of Kroenke Sports Enterprises and Commerce City that includes an 18,000-seat home stadium for the Colorado Rapids Major League Soccer Club, and 24 fields surrounding the stadium that are used for team practice fields, both youth and adult soccer leagues, and match fields for numerous sports. Additionally, the site contains the new city offices of Commerce City, retail development, and a visitor’s center that will serve as the entryway to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge and the offices of the US Fish and Wildlife service.
